Abstract
Efficient and green domino approach for the synthesis of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one derivatives using recoverable carbonaceous material as catalyst has been established. The new domino reaction was conducted by reacting readily available and inexpensive starting material of 2,6-diaminopyrimidin-4(3H)-one, nitroolefin and aldehyde in water. A total of24 examples were examined, and showed a broad substrate scope and high yields. The carbonaceous material catalyst can be reused at least 5 times without obvious deactivation. A proposed mechanism has explained the reaction process and the resulting highly chemo-, regio- and stereoselectivity. The present green strategy shows attractive characteristics such as using water as green medium, inexpensive and recoverable solid acid catalyst, simple work-up/purification and without generating any waste production or using any metal promoters.
该论文依托材料化学与工程系和浙江省精细化学品传统工艺替代技术研究重点实验室。该研究以固体酸为催化剂,采用多组分一锅法实现三个手性中心的构建,且所得化合物的立体选择性均较好。自从参加工作以来,张富仁老师在具有高生理活性和药物活性杂环化合物的合成领域进行了相关的研究工作,并取得了一系列的研究成果,到目前为止,共发表SCI收录研究论文二十余篇。
